    About

    Tasks in the AMICE project

WP1: provide data for the bibliography (data needed on the Aa & Maas sub-basin), provide data from implementation of the HOWABO sub-project.

    WP3: HOWABO sub-project

Waterboard Aa & Maas is responsible for the studies and works of the water reservoir. The calibration of the reservoir will take into account the climate change scenarios and the investments from upstream partners in Flanders and Germany. Waterboard Aa & Maas will follow closely the works being managed by the other partners.

WP4 : Waterboard Aa & Maas provide assistance with the development of FLIWAS and organisation of the transnational flood crisis management exercice.

WP5: Waterboard Aa & Maas will be involved in all communication actions of the AMICE project and will host at least 1 site visit on the HOWABO investment.

Waterboard Aa & Maas has a good knowledge of the Interreg III program: it was partner in the Duurzame watersystems (III A). Waterboard Aa & Maas will build on the results from Interreg III B to develop FLIWAS (from NOAH) and HOWABO (from NOFDP).
