    About

    Tasks in the AMICE project

EPAMA is Lead Partner. It will coordinate all activities of the AMICE project, be responsible for the financial management and is the contact between the JTS & the AMICE partnership. It is in charge of distributing the ERDF grant between partners once received. EPAMA will lead the meetings of the Project Steering Group.

In WP1, EPAMA will carry all translation tasks and the publication of summary reports. It will organise the decisional meetings and supervise each action with the help of the Reference Partner. It will directly contribute to the bibliography and the analysis of scenarios of climate change (based on works carried for French territory by the basin of the Loire & Ministry of Environment). As the water manager of the Meuse basin in France, it will also take care of the hydraulic modelling on the French part of the river. It will participate to the impact assessment & the climate-check for the technics developed on French territory.

In WP2, EPAMA will ensure that works go as planned and within the agreed budget.

In WP3, EPAMA will ensure that works go as planned and within the agreed budget.

In WP4, EPAMA is responsible for the analysis of crisis management in France, for the improvement of OSIRIS software, for the installation of the device in municipalities of the Walloon/French border and for the organisation of the transnational crisis management exercice. It will collaborate strongly with APS for the transfer of OSIRIS functionalities into the emergency plans of Wallonia.

In WP5, EPAMA will organise the International Events together with RIOU and the host Partner. It will participate to all Site Visits and contribute to the interactive documentary. EPAMA will build and administrate the AMICE website. It will also organise the return of experience from all pilot actions and ensure it is efficiently used in the elaboration of the adaptation strategy.
