OSIRIS training in Belgium
In the framework of the AMICE project WP4, a training session to the OSIRIS software has been organised on 1st and 2nd March 2010 in Marche-en-Famenne (Belgium).
Created and developed on the Loire and Meuse basin in France, this software provides assistance to the local communities for the establishment of their plans communaux de sauvegarde (community safety plans) and improves the efficiency of flood crisis management.
The APS has identified several communities in Wallonia where the software will be installed and tested.
The participants came from APS, but also from the Province du Luxembourg and the Centre Régional de Crise de la Région wallonne. Each participant has now direct access to OSIRIS.
